As undergraduates of John Jay College of Criminal Justice, many of us have the same goals and want to pursue a career in law enforcement and promote justice. Mental health and physical stability are both crucial to fiercely advocating justice. Health consists on two things: physical and mental. Most people have the mindset that being healthy means eating whole, nutritious foods and being active. Little do they know that mental well being is equally important. There is a rising health concern internationally therefore, our website helps raise awareness about issues such as, diabetes, obesity, mental stability, health problems caused by smoking, and many more. Health is something that money cannot buy. One can buy treatments and medicine but there is only so much it can do; it is really up to each individual to eat right, stay fit, and avoid actions that can cause both imminent and long term harm. Justice cannot be accomplished by one individual, but rather achieved through society, but each individual can accomplish great things by first taking care of their health.
